Royal Rumors


As the royal wedding swiftly approaches, many of the fashion-obsessed are just dying to know what (or rather, whom) Kate Middleton will wear as she walks down the aisle. Obviously, Middleton has quite the affliction for fabulous headwear, donning everything from wide-brimmed sunhats to fun and feathery fascinators. Surely her hat attire will not disappoint during her marital and royal formalities.




But Kate also has quite wonderful taste when it comes to her dress, and we are now hearing rumors that Middleton's wedding gown will be designed by uber-famed design house Alexander McQueen and its new head designer Sarah Burton. (McQueen- how appropriate for the princess-to-be!)

This won't be the first Burton design to grace a huge state event. First Lady Michelle Obama wore one of Burton's McQueen designs when Chinese leader Hu Jintao visited the U.S. in January.

I can't wait to see how it all turns out and if Burton is indeed the designer of choice. Either way, Middleton's sartorial future will surely be bright and very, very feathered...
