Rachel McAdams in Marchesa
Oh yeah, I'm blogging on a Friday night. And, by the way, there is a distinct possibility that you might be READING this blog on a Friday night. But whether you check this post tonight or two weeks from now, the fabulosity of the Cannes International Film Festival will not have wavered an inch.
Cannes is my dream come true- where fashion, my love, meets film, my work. The debuts of underground, indie films to big-budget studio pictures keeps the audiences guessing and amped for the next show. But one of the greatest shows from year to year is most definitely the fashion on the red carpet. No one did it better this year than girl-next-door-gone-glam Rachel McAdams there to premiere "Midnight in Paris" with co-star Owen Wilson and director Woody Allen.

Of course, many other A-listers and starlettes brought that certain je ne sais quoi to the red carpet. Check out some more haute couture from this year's film fest.

Tilda Swinton in Roger Vivier
Salma Hayek in Gucci Premiere
Lea Seydoux in Prada
Uma Thurman in Dolce & Gabbana
Emily Browning in Louis Vuitton
Diane Kruger in Calvin Klein
Alexa Chung
Luckily for all of us fashion and film lovers, the action in Cannes is just getting started. Stay tuned through May 22 for more drama, on and off the big screen.
